payment methods

When you want to buy products in my online store, select the product and add it to cart. If you wish to pay with Paypal, please write that to the note box in the cart. You will soon get an order confirmation in your email, and the invoice in either Paypal or email. The products will be mailed to you in 2 business days after you have paid the invoice.

Value added tax

All products in this store include either 10% (for pillows) or 24% valued added tax. The percentage is displayed on your invoice and on the page of individual product.

Delivery conditions

When you pick up or receive your order, you will pay the shipping costs. Note: We will give you as a gift free postage in Finland!

 

Shipping

Shipping will take place within two days after you have placed your order/paid your bill. If you want to rush your order, please call Kaisa at +358-40-776 9706. Shipping abroad will also take place with two days of payment of your bill but the delivery may take 1-2 weeks depending on the country.

 

Contract customers

When you purchase through the internet, we will always honor our contract prices.

Return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.

You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If you with to return a product, contact me for instructions. When returning something, please include your contact and payment information.

 

canceling your order, responsibility of errors, and reclamations

You can cancel your order by email before it has been sent. The online store is by Finnish law required to take responsibility of its products. If you wish to report a problem, please contact us. If the package went missing or was damaged during delivery, please contact the company responsible for the delivery as soon as possible. Also contact us within 14 days, but preferably as soon as possible.
